Price adjustment

The prices specified in the framework agreement are valid until the end of the year unless they are adjusted due to extraordinary price increases, as described below.

Extraordinary price increases:

Comwell may adjust the prices specified in the framework agreement with 30 calendar days' notice if there are extraordinary price increases in goods or services that are included in the services Comwell provides.

Extraordinary price increases are defined as an increase of 4.00% or more in the net price index, where the increase in the net price index for the previous month to the same month of the previous year is decisive. For example, in an assessment made in August 2022, it is the increase in the net price index from July 2021 to July 2022 that is decisive.

If there is an adjustment of prices due to extraordinary price increases, it will be made in accordance with the development of the net price index as indicated above.

NOTE: THIS WILL NOT APPLY TO EXISTING BOOKINGS, BUT ONLY TO NEW BOOKINGS MADE AFTER THE POSSIBLE PRICE ADJUSTMENT.
