The swimming pool can be used from 12:00pm on the day of arrival, and after check out.

Smoking
All indoor areas are smoke-free. It's permitted to smoke near the ashtrays by the three main doors. The hotel is built from wood, therefore it's not permitted to smoke on the balconies or rooftop terrace.

The restaurants are open every day of the week from 6 – 10 pm (the kitchen closes for orders at 9).
As a guest with us, you can also always buy panini, coffee and cake in our cozy fireplace bar.
The menus included in the stays are set and vary daily. We are happy to adjust the menu for allergies and vegetarians if notified before arrival.

Roomservice
Breakfast in the room can be ordered no later than the evening before for an additional fee.
Amenities in the rooms
Hair dryer, safety box, wireless internet, iron, regular TV channels, electric kettle with coffee and tea.
Allergy-free down duvets and pillows
All our duvets and pillows are allergy tested. Always notify the hotel beforehand in the case of allergies.
Extra beds in the room
Only 1 extra bed is permitted per room. Children under 12 years is half price of adults. Cribs are DKK 125. Extra beds must be requested before arrival.
Parking
Parking is free and is available in the public parking area next to the hotel.
Charging of electric cars
If you need to charge your electric car, we have 6 charging stations available. The parking itself is free, but there is user payment for the electricity via the Clever app, and you must bring your own cables.
Internet
We offer free wifi. We also have a computer with internet access on the first floor near the main entrance.
Public transportation
The closest station is Middelfart (2.5 km walking distance), Fredericia (from East Fyn/KBH) and Vejle (from North Aarhus/Aalborg).
Taxi
Middelfart taxi tel: (+45) 6441 4055. From Middelfart station to the hotel is costs around DKK 100.

Credit cards
We accept all major credit cards. Visa Electron and other cards are only accepted at the reception. There is a fee on foreign credit cards.
Cancellation of reservation
Reservations that don’t include dinner can be cancelled until 4pm on the day of arrival. If your reservation includes dinner, it must be cancelled 7 days before arrival, or you will be charged 50% of total price.
Payment with gift voucher
You can book your stay online, and pay with your gift voucher at check out. Entering your credit card during online booking is just a guarantee for arrival. Please note, we don’t accept gift vouchers from other Comwell hotels.
