In Restaurant Brasseriet at Comwell Holte, we offer top-class food in cosy and atmospheric surroundings.

From the restaurant you can follow the large open kitchen and see how the chefs prepare your meal. You'll have the opportunity to see, smell and ask the chefs as they prepare your food. The result is food that both awakens and delights the senses. The perfect meal can be accompanied by the ideal wine from our well-stocked wine list.

The menu changes regularly according to the changing seasons and the chefs' inspiration. The menu is announced on the day at reception or in the restaurant. Everything is prepared with fresh seasonal ingredients and exudes the chefs' love of food.

Allergies and other requirements can be catered for, as long as this is mentioned when ordering.

Restaurant Brasseriet is open Monday to Saturday from 18.00-21.00.

NOTE: The restaurant is closed on 31 December and 1-3 January (with the exception of New Year stays).

You are greeted with a light and casual lounge atmosphere at our bar - always buzzing and cosy, inviting you to have a seat and relax. You may enjoy a light meal, drinks, cocktails or a nice cup of coffee.

The bar is open every day from 12pm-10:30pm.
You can order light meals from the barmenu Monday to Saturday from 12.30 pm. to 9.00 pm.
