Check-in is from 2pm, and check-out is no later than 10am Monday to Saturday, and 11am on Sundays and during holidays.

If you wish to prolong your stay, with check-in 2 hours early or check-out 2 hours later than the current times, there is an extra fee of DKK 200,-. This has to be booked in advance. 

Children under 18 years old must always be accompanied by an adult during their stay.

Regardless of how you wish to pay for your stay, authorization will be made to your card, for the price of your stay plus an additional DKK 500 per night, as a guarantee for your stay. The remaining authorized amount will be released after check-out.

It is recommended to inform the receptionist if the stay is reserved with a debit card, as the amount is not charged, but only blocked by the bank.

When you arrive at the hotel you will be asked to complete a registration card, sign it and present valid identification if requested. We are required to do this by Danish law.

An extra bed can be arranged in some of our rooms. This needs to be requested in advance.

It is allowed to bring "quiet" and well-behaved dogs into the room, provided that this is communicated in advance of the stay. There is an additional fee of 250 DKK per night, and this option is only available for standard rooms.

If your stay does not include dinner, the stay can be cancelled free of charge before 4pm on the day of arrival. If the room is cancelled after 4pm, we will charge for the first night.

A prepaid "non-refundable stay" cannot be cancelled.

Rooms with dinner can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. If cancelled between 6 and 2 days before arrival, 50% of the stay's price will be charged. If cancelled less than 2 days before arrival, the full amount of the stay will be charged. Stays with nine or more people must be cancelled 30 days before.

Comwell Klarskovgaard accepts all popular credit cards. Please note that there is a fee for foreign credit cards.

Comwell reserves the right to pre-approve your credit/debit card prior to your arrival. Comwell.com will not charge your credit card unless you book a "non-refundable stay".

Your credit card is only used as a guarantee for your reservation.

If you use a debit card for your booking, your bank will reserve the amount for 30 days. If you wish to have the funds released before the 30 days are up, please contact Comwell Central Reservation by email at booking@comwell.com or by phone at (+45) 70 274 274 with your reservation number, and the hotel will assist you in releasing the funds. Comwell can notify your bank via DIBS to release the amount, but only your bank can remove the reservation of the amount. Debit cards include Visa Electron, Maestro, or MasterCard Direct.

Breakfast is served Monday to Saturday from 7.00 AM-9.30 AM. Saturday from 7.30 AM-10.00 AM and Sunday from 8.00 AM-10.30 AM.

Lunch is served Monday to Friday from 12:00 PM-2:00 PM.

Dinner is served Monday to Saturday from 6:00 PM-9:00 PM.

Sunday is closed.

The bar is open Monday to Saturday until 11 PM.

All stays require the input of a payment card, even if you have a gift card. No payment is taken upon entering your card details. All stays are settled at the hotel - except for non-refundable stays, where the amount is charged upon booking. These stays cannot be refunded or moved.

Please note that if you use a MasterCard Debit or VISA Debit as a guarantee, the amount will be reserved on your account and will only be released after departure. It can take up to 30 days depending on which card issuer you use.

If you have a gift card valid for all Comwell hotels, you can book your stay online and settle the payment with the gift card at check-out. You will be asked for your credit card information during online booking, which is only a guarantee for arrival.

Gift cards cannot be used for payment of prepaid non-refundable stays.

Gift cards from Gavefabrikken must always be ordered via the link that comes with the gift card and cannot be used as payment unless the stay is specifically booked through it.

All our hotels have the Danish Organic Cuisine Bronze Label, which means that 30-60% of all our food and beverage purchases are organic. We believe that the Organic Cuisine Label will improve the quality and taste experience that our kitchens provide our guests.

We take active measures to prevent food waste. We, therefore, make sure that our food waste is recycled as biogas and second-generation biodiesel.

All Comwell hotels are Green Key certified, which means that an extra effort is made to protect the environment. We are Denmark's most sustainable hotel chain, and we use local ingredients to the extent possible instead of importing foreign ingredients.

You automatically earn 5% of the total amount of your final bill for any overnight stay. All points earned can be used as payment for your next overnight stay, with the exception of stays involving conferences and meetings.
