Meeting Rooms in the Middle of Nature

At Klarskovgaard, we have bright and flexible meeting and conference rooms for events of all sizes. The rooms range from 12 to 254 m² in size and are perfect for courses, conferences, seminars, and lectures.

If you want to combine your meeting with an outdoor activity, you will find the best conditions here, as we are surrounded by the beautiful and unspoiled nature of Korsør. There are forests and beaches and plenty of space to romp around.

If you are looking for peace and quiet to work undisturbed, you have the option of having your own house for your meeting. Our three houses, Avlsgården, Udsigten, and Agersø, are beautifully located and overlook an apple orchard, the Great Belt, and Korsør Lystskov, respectively.

At Comwell, we always have an AV technician available, so your conference, course, or seminar runs without technical problems or deficiencies. We test the equipment before all events, so everything is ready when you arrive. If you need to hold video meetings, video conferences, or the like, we ensure that video conferencing equipment is ready. We help regardless of whether it is an internal meeting or a large congress you need to hold. We can help with sound systems, projectors, large screens, microphones or something completely different.

At Comwell, you’ll enjoy fresh, delicious food, allowing you to focus fully on your meeting. In our kitchen, we prioritise flavour and seasonal ingredients, and we’re working towards a goal of reducing food waste to 15% and increasing the proportion of plant-based ingredients in our dishes to 55% by 2030.

Comwell has simple, advantageous, and flexible cancellation terms. Cancellation must always be made in writing to the hotel. Cancellation refers to total cancellation, reduction, shortening, relocation, as well as similar significant changes about the confirmation. We would like to inform you that for larger meetings and conferences with a total turnover of more than DKK 200,000, special cancellation terms apply. These are agreed upon on a case-by-case basis and will appear in the confirmation. It will always be the terms of the individual confirmation that apply. Comwell has significantly improved its results and is entering a new phase of growth

The Danish-owned hotel chain Comwell Hotels today announced its annual results for 2025. Comwell has delivered a significant improvement in results, with a profit after tax of DKK 59.5 million, compared with DKK 35.6 million in 2024. At the same time, turnover in the Danish business grew to DKK 1,163 million, compared with DKK 1,087 million the previous year, representing growth of 6.7 per cent. Operating profit also rose significantly to DKK 81.8 million, compared with DKK 47.5 million the previous year.

Danish-owned hotel group Comwell Hotels is expanding its portfolio with a new high-end hotel in the centre of Copenhagen. In the iconic Panoptikon Building on Vesterbrogade 5 - right next to Tivoli Gardens and Copenhagen Central Station. Comwell will establish a modern hotel featuring 190 rooms, a restaurant, café and a rooftop bar with panoramic views over the city.
