It is said that none other than Harald Bluetooth was laid to rest in Roskilde Cathedral. But perhaps that’s just a myth. What’s far more certain is that a corporate event at Comwell Roskilde will go down in history - at least in the stories shared around the coffee machine on Monday.
The surroundings of Comwell Roskilde are a true gift. Our beautiful hotel exudes a warm and homely atmosphere, designed in earthy tones and complemented by rustic wooden tables in the common areas. The bright, inviting event spaces are tastefully decorated with Danish design classics, including pieces from HAY.

Comwell Roskilde offers a variety of event spaces. From the Himmelev Hall, which accommodates up to 200 guests and a live band, to our two event spaces in Restaurant RosWell and WellCom, featuring panoramic windows and direct access to a spacious terrace adorned with flowers and potted herbs. We also have ComKilde, a two-story venue where dinner is served downstairs, while the upper level provides a cozy lounge setting.

Company party, kick-off, anniversary, Christmas dinner, or a lively celebration - once you’ve set the date, we’ll take care of the rest. You’ll visit our beautiful venue, and together, we’ll define the perfect format. Many choose to start the day with a conference that naturally transitions into an evening of celebration.

Corporate Event in the Kitchen
Our talented head chef is so passionate about food that he has vegetables tattooed on his right arm! He draws inspiration from culinary icons like Noma, AOC, and Falsled Kro, bringing creativity and expertise to every dish.
Our cuisine is rooted in the principles of New Nordic cooking - modern with a twist of the classic and always with a focus on sustainability. We source our meat from Troels at Grambogaard and keep our ingredients as local as possible.
For corporate events, we’ve put together a special offer that includes a private venue, a three-course dinner, and a selection of wines, beer, and soft drinks for 7 hours. See more here:

We decorate for your corporate event
Round tables, long tables - you get it exactly as you want. We set the tables with white linen tablecloths, napkins, and candles, while our dark stoneware tableware enhances the Nordic atmosphere.
We collaborate with event agencies that bring your theme (and guests) to life. It’s happened before - one of our event spaces has been transformed into a forest with deer and grass on the floor. We’ve hosted unforgettable celebrations in our stunning atrium courtyard with a covered tea pavilion and spectacular award shows in the Himmelev Hall.
Teambuilding and activities for your corporate event
With the magical fjord landscape surrounding us, teambuilding and activities incorporating nature are a natural choice. Think mountain biking and segways, canoeing and kayaking, water polo, and other water-based adventures. But the possibilities are as limitless as the sky above. We offer everything from beer tastings at Roskilde’s local brewery and clay pigeon shooting to rap workshops, comedic waiters, engaging talks, and stomp performances!

Vikings at your corporate event
You, me, and the Vikings! Let your corporate event be filled with the spirit of history and go all in on the Viking theme. Kick off the celebration with a sail in authentic Viking ships before indulging in a Nordic, rustic Viking buffet - featuring hearty dishes served on the bone and carving knives embedded in wooden blocks.
We also offer a four-course feast cooked over an open fire.

Event packages
The possibilities are endless - when we combine our event expertise with your vision, we create the perfect celebration. In addition to our corporate event package, we also offer other party packages for inspiration.
Terms
All our party packages include a private event room, lighting, tablecloths, napkins, and printed menus for the tables. All prices include VAT and are valid until December 31, 2023, subject to changes and general price increases on food and beverages.
In addition, the following terms apply:
Applies only to events under 200,000 DKK
With the purchase of Cancellation Protection, the event can be canceled or reduced free of charge up to 72 hours before the start - regardless of the reason. The protection must be ordered and paid for at the time of booking.
The premium is non-refundable, regardless of when the event is canceled or reduced. Cancellation Protection costs 6% of the total booking price.
75% of the confirmed amount must be paid no later than 1 month before the event. The remaining balance is due upon receipt of the invoice after the event.
Please remember to include your name and reservation number when making payments.
We set the tables elegantly with white linen tablecloths, white candles, and white napkins. If you prefer other colors, you are welcome to bring your own.
We are happy to place name cards and small table decorations, which must be arranged with the event coordinator during the planning meeting. You are always welcome to handle additional decorations yourselves.
The venue is available 1 hour before the event starts. Confetti, glitter, rice, and similar items are not allowed, and a cleaning fee will be charged if used. Ceiling decorations are not permitted.
General cancellation terms
Hosting a celebration is a big commitment - also financially. At Comwell, we ensure you feel completely secure throughout the entire process. You can review our terms in advance, giving you peace of mind from start to finish. This includes details on cancellation policies, payment, and the option to adjust the number of guests if needed.
