• To get the best possible experience, book a timeslot in AquaSpa on busy days.

• At Comwell Kellers Park, you can use the spa facilities on the day of departure after check-out until 12:00.

• We're phasing out our disposable slippers for the sake of the environment. Instead, you are welcome to bring your own. Your slippers must be clean and we recommend that they are non-slip and moisture resistant.

• You can also buy a pair of Shangies slippers in the spa shop - you can wear them in the spa and take them home with you.

• Please do not hesitate to contact the hotel if you have any questions about your stay.

• You can purchase our spa treatments - such as massages or facials.

• We always recommend booking in advance.

• Contact the hotel reception to book spa treatments.

• Select your preferred hotel, arrival date and room to see our prices. Prices vary depending on the selected hotel, room type and arrival date.

• The SpaGastro stay can be booked at the following hotels: Comwell Kellers Park and Borupgaard.

• Please note that children under 12 years of age do not have a welcome drink, dinner and access to the spa. Children who are at least 12 years old are welcome in the spa areas with an adult.

• The stay can be cancelled no later than 7 days before arrival date.

• You can use Comwell gift cards and Comwell Club points as payment for this stay. Please note that you do not earn points on the amount you pay with points.

• Gift cards purchased through a third party (e.g. gift factory) cannot be used as payment for this stay.
