Companies will receive an invoice after the event. Foreign companies are requested to prepay the full amount before the event.

Up to and including 90 days before arrival, the event can be freely canceled*. If cancellation occurs after 90 days and up to and including 30 days before arrival, the canceled services will be invoiced at 50% of the agreed price including VAT.

If cancellation is made after 30 days and up to and including 48 hours before the first day of the event, the canceled services will be invoiced at 75% of the agreed price including VAT.

If cancellation is made later than 48 hours before the first day of the event, the full price including VAT will be invoiced.

In the event of a no-show, late arrival, or early departure, the full price for the booked event will be invoiced.

For events with more than 35 participants, up to 5% of the booked number of participants can be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours before the first day of the event.

* Cancellation, which must always be made in writing, means reduction, shortening, relocation, and similar significant changes in relation to the confirmation.

The cancellation conditions are stated in the offer, and it is important to read through them before signing.

We provide 2 parking spaces for the organizer. This way you can decide whether you want to use both or share with relevant suppliers, entertainment, etc. Other guests are referred to the large underground parking garage in Bruuns Galleri, right next to Comwell Centralværkstedet.

If you are staying at Comwell Aarhus, there is also an underground parking garage where you can park for a fee. Please note that the car's license plate number must be reported to the reception no later than 15 minutes after arrival. Regular car parking costs DKK 100,- for a day ticket or DKK 175,- per day.
