Restaurant V stands for well-being, welcome and weather and is a Danish brasserie with an open kitchen. Here you'll find a cozy and urban atmosphere that does not resemble other hotel restaurants in Denmark. From the restaurant you have a view of the Badeanstalten Spain and Aarhus city.
The kitchen emphasizes good craftsmanship with classic virtues and focuses on organic and Danish produce. The restaurant offers a large wine list and all wines are available on glass. We have room for 150 people and welcome both intimate dinners and large parties.
The restaurant is open to everyone and even if you are not staying at the hotel, you are welcome to book a table.
On the 1st floor, in connection with the restaurant you will find V Bar. With an assortment of more than 70 different gins, the bar can pride itself on being one of the city's leading gin bars. If you would like to board the gin universe in the form of a gin and tonic, the bar offers a tasting board of 3 or 5 different gins. In addition, there is a really nice cocktail card.
V Bar follows the rest of the hotel's green profile, and has thus found its niche with a focus on sustainability and exclusively Scandinavian and preferably organic products.

V Bar also offers a light dining menu with good and classic dishes.
