another pin in the map when they take over operation of Bygholm Park in
Horsens. With the acquisition of this wonderful manor house, Comwell will
strengthen its position as a national hotel chain in Denmark, where they will
operate 19 hotels and venues going forward.
Comwell doubles the number of charging points for electric cars

sales of hybrid and electric cars are causing the demand for charging points to
increase significantly. This means Comwell is expanding its capacity for
charging electric cars. In collaboration with Clever, new charging points are
now being set up at all of the hotel chain's 15 hotels across the country to
make a total of 71 charging points; twice the current number.
Odense hotel joins world's largest hotel brand

Odense is set to gain an international hotel at the turn of the year, with Comwell H.C. Andersen Odense becoming part of one of the world's largest hotel franchises - Wyndham Hotels & Resorts - from 1 January 2022. In 2019, Comwell Hotels entered into an exclusive agreement with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, and as with Comwell’s hotels in Copenhagen and Aarhus, Comwell H.C. Andersen Odense will be part of Dolce by Wyndham, one of Wyndham's 22 hotel brands.

The Danish hotel chain Comwell joins the UN’s Global
Compact, making a future commitment to transparent reporting that describes and
documents the hotel chain’s efforts regarding ten principles within human
rights, labour rights, the environment and anti-corruption, as well as the 17
Global Goals. According to the Danish Chamber of Commerce, a well-founded
endeavour regarding sustainability and CSR will increasingly become a
competitive parameter that will help to attract international business tourists
and conferences to the country in the future.
New operator ensures continued operations at Aspenäs Herrgård

After operating Aspenäs Herrgård outside Gothenburg
for more than 20 years, Comwell has decided not to extend the contract with the
owners of the Swedish conference hotel. The decision was based on Comwell's
strategic development plan, and Nordic Hotel Consulting is ready to take over operations
as of 1 May 2021.
Groundbreaking collaboration between Comwell and ordnung

Comwell Hotels is expanding its well-known service concept from 1 April 2021, when it will be possible to rent office and co-working spaces at Comwell's new hotel in Nordhavn. Comwell has entered into a cooperation agreement with the Danish company ordnung to rent out modern office and co-working facilities at Comwell Copenhagen Portside. Comwell's CCO Michael Hansen says that the collaboration with ordnung is a good match, with long-term potential for both companies.
