For courses, meetings and training, we have meeting rooms in several sizes, and for trade fairs, conferences and congresses, we have large conference rooms with room for up to 1,000 guests.
With a total of 24 flexible conference and meeting rooms at our hotel and at ODEON next door, we can combine the rooms to match your needs. All rooms are equipped with modern AV and IT equipment and our experts are on hand on the day if you need assistance.
With us you can hold 24-hour meetings and multi-day conferences with overnight stays. As a conference hotel, we offer 157 comfortable rooms and our staff - from your personal meeting advisor to the receptionist - are focused on giving you a great experience and a successful meeting.

Yes, you can easily combine a meeting at Comwell H.C. Andersen Odense with accommodation. We offer favourable prices on meeting catering and hotel accommodation in connection with your event. Staying in a cosy hotel room is ideal for both small and large meetings lasting several days. Naturally, we offer a healthy and nutritious breakfast in connection with your stay.
Parking is available at the car park "Q-Park Comwell H.C. Andersen" car park, which is located next to the hotel. We have 90 parking spaces available, subject to availability. It is not possible to pre-book.
It costs DKK 45,- per hour or part thereof, max DKK 150,- per day.
If you park in our car park, your number plate will be registered on entry and exit via camera, and payment must first be made before exiting via the machine.
Please note that you complete and pay for your parking at each exit.
If there are no more spaces in our car park, we refer you to Odense's public underground car park nearby (please note that different parking rules and payment terms apply here).
Comwell has simple, advantageous, and flexible cancellation terms. Cancellation must always be made in writing to the hotel. Cancellation refers to total cancellation, reduction, shortening, relocation, as well as similar significant changes about the confirmation. We would like to inform you that for larger meetings and conferences with a total turnover of more than DKK 200,000, special cancellation terms apply. These are agreed upon on a case-by-case basis and will appear in the confirmation. It will always be the terms of the individual confirmation that apply.
